Ricardo C. Delgado
Chairman
Mr. Delgado has led Citadel since 1984. As a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of management experience, he has been involved with enterprises in airline GSA, shipping, aviation support services, cargo handling activities, logistics, telecoms, and other businesses. In the 1990s, Mr. Delgado spearheaded the creation, expansion, and sale of ISLACOM, the nation’s first digital cellular provider. In his personal capacity, he continues to support scholarship grants, civic and foundation activities. He attended the University of the Philippines, Cornell University, and Harvard Business School. |

Jose Ricardo Delgado
President & Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Delgado joined Citadel in 1998 and now provides direction to all of Citadel’s companies. Previously, he worked as Vice President for Marketing in ISLACOM’s mobile services division. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree magna cum laude in International Relations and European History from Brown University and an MBA from Northwestern University in 1997. He is also President and CEO of IT&E, the holding company that engineered the purchase of Verizon’s telecommunications business in Micronesia.

Ramon S. Monzon
Vice Chairman & Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Monzon joined Citadel in 1996 and at present closely oversees all of Citadel’s airline GSA and aviation support businesses. He has over 20 years of management experience serving as a senior executive for numerous private companies. Prior to joining CHI, he was President of Pacific Rim Export and Holding Corp. for seven (7) years, EVP & COO of Radio Philippines Network, Intercontinental Broadcasting Corporation and Banahaw Broadcasting Corporation for two years; and Partner of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co./Arthur Andersen. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the Ateneo de Manila University and earned his MBA, with concentration in Finance and Accounting, from the University of Chicago. |

Jovino G. Lorenzo, Jr.
Vice Chairman
Mr. Lorenzo joined Citadel in 1986 and has served as a senior executive for various subsidiaries. He has been Vice Chairman and Director for Citadel’s airline-related operating companies. Prior to his joining Citadel, he was a Partner of SGV & Co./Arthur Andersen, the Philippines largest auditing firm. He also served as a senior executive for numerous private and government corporations. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Economics degree and an MBA “with distinction” from the Ateneo de Manila University. |

Mario T. Mananghaya
Senior Adviser
Mr. Mananghaya re-joined Citadel in July 2007 as Senior Adviser after having served as Senior Vice-President & CFO of Citadel’s telecommunication subsidiary from 1992-94. A Certified Public Accountant with over 40 years experience in finance and top management positions, he is a former Partner at SGV & Co./Arthur Andersen until 1989, Managing Partner of Laya Mananghaya & Co. (an associated firm of Coopers & Lybrand) until 1996, and Chairman & Managing Partner of KPMG Laya Mananghaya & Co. until 2006. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and has attended advanced management courses at the Asian Institute of Management and Harvard Business School.

Raoul A. Villegas
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Villegas joined Citadel in 2009 and serves as the CFO for the firm. Prior to Citadel, he was the Director of Operations for Integreon Managed Solutions (Phils) Inc., a global leader in knowledge process outsourcing that counted major investment banks, law firms, and consulting firms like Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley, Clifford Chance, and The Monitor Company, among its clients. Prior to Integreon, he was the Head of Corporate Finance and Business Development at the House of Investments, a private equity and investment holding company. He graduated with an MBA from Northwestern University in 1995; and has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and International Relations from Lafayette College. |
