Ricardo C. Delgado
Chairman

Mr. Delgado has led Citadel since 1984. As a successful entrepreneur with over 30 years of management experience, he has been involved in start-up companies in telecoms, shipping, aviation support services, cargo handling activities, logistics and airline GSA, among others. In his personal capacity, he continues to support scholarship grants, civic and foundation activities. He attended the University of the Philippines, Cornell University, University of Navarre and Harvard Business School. |

Jovino G. Lorenzo, Jr.
Vice Chairman

Mr. Lorenzo joined Citadel in 1986 and has served as a senior executive for various subsidiaries. Prior to his joining Citadel, he was a Partner of SGV & Co., the Philippines largest auditing firm. He also served as a senior executive for numerous private and government corporations. He has an MBA from Ateneo de Manila University. |

Jose Ricardo Delgado

Mr. Delgado joined Citadel in 1998. Previously, he worked as Vice President for Marketing in Islacom’s mobile division. He received an MBA from Northwestern University in 1997 |

Ramon S. Monzon
Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Monzon joined Citadel in 1996. He has over 20 years of management experience serving as a senior executive for numerous private companies. He was also a former Partner of SGV & Co. He has an MBA from the University of Chicago. |

Rogelio L. Singson
Senior Vice President

Mr. Singson joined Citadel in 2002. Prior to Citadel, he was Chairman of the Bases Conversion Development Authority, the government corporation tasked with privatizing the properties of the former American military bases in the Philippines. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of The Philippines. |

Rochel Donato R. Gloria
Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Gloria recently joined Citadel in 2005. He has 20 years of
management experience from MERALCO,
Anglo-Asian Management, Inc. and Bayantel.
He holds an Industrial Management
Engineering degree from La Salle and an MBA
from the Ateneo Graduate School. |

Juan C. Paraiso III
President MIASCOR Holdings, Inc.

Mr. Paraiso has been with Miascor since 1998 after 28 years in various operating and senior management positions with Philippine Airlines. He has extensive experience in all aspects of the aviation services industry. He has a Bachelor of Science degree from De La Salle University. |

Alfonso J. Legaspi
President and Chief Operating Officer.
Textron Corporation.

Mr. Legaspi and his family founded Textron as a systems integration company before entering into a joint venture in 2001 with Citadel. He received bachelor’s degrees in Electrical Engineering and Communications from Cebu Institute of Technology. |

Stephen D. Gervais
General Manager.
Miascor Catering Corp.

Mr. Gervais has been General Manager of Miascor Catering since 2001. His previous experience includes work as an Executive Chef for the Heads of State in Canada before taking on senior management positions in Hong Kong and Shanghai for Gate Gourmet International. He holds a Certificate of Professional Cuisine (Certified Chef) from The Quebec Institute for Tourism and Hotels.
