Responsibilities:
The main responsibility of the job calls for providing effective and efficient secretarial and administrative support to the Chairman of the Board.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree
• Highly proficient in MS Office programs in a Windows XP environment
• Possess above average oral & written English communication skills
• With outstanding interpersonal skills to deal with all levels of employees
• Systematic, highly organized and with a keen eye for details
• Can work well with minimum or no supervision
• Female, 22-30 years old, with pleasing personality.
Accountant
(National Capital Reg – Parañaque City)
Requirements:
• Male/Female, 21-30 years old
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Accountancy or equivalent; CPA an advantage
• With at least 1 year work experience.
• Knowledgeable on all government taxes and mandatories such as VAT, WHT, SSS and others
• Highly analytical, hardworking and with strong leadership qualities
• Computer literate and with exposure in computerized accounting environment
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
Financial Analyst
(National Capital Reg – Parañaque City)
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, system development and implementation.
• Responsible for the consolidation of monthly results of operations of all operating subsidiaries of the Group
• Responsible for the consolidation of the audited Financial Statement of the Group
• Responsible for the consolidation of the Group’s budget.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess a BS degree in Accountancy; knowledge in Management Services is an advantage
• Must be a CPA, at least 28 years old
• Must have at least 4 years of relevant financial planning and analysis experience
• Must possess analytical and spreadsheet skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications, particularly Powerpoint
• With a good command of written and spoken English
• Must be able to manage his/her own time and can work with tight deadlines
• Preferably with experience in various cost reduction programs and budget preparation
• Applicants must be willing to work in Parañaque City.
