AVIATION BUSINESS

Citadel owns and operates several subsidiaries that comprise the leading independent provider of aviation services in the Philippines. Miascor Holdings Inc., is the primary investment vehicle utilized for ownership of its aviation services businesses. These companies count many of the world's leading international airlines as customers including Continental Airlines, Air France, Gulf Air, Cathay Pacific, Northwest and Qantas. Miascor also provides services to various cargo consolidators and freight forwarders like Federal Express, Nippon Cargo, and Exel Philippines.

MIASCOR Holdings Inc.

Miascor Holdings, Inc. a wholly owned subsidiary, is the primary investment vehicle utilized by Citadel for ownership and management of its aviation services businesses. Miascor has partnerships with Swissport International Ltd (40% investor in Miascor Ground Handling Inc), Gate Gourmet International Ltd (30%) investor in Miascor Catering Corporation), and Nordisk Aviation (30% investor in Nordisk Philippines)

MIASCOR Ground Handling Corporation

MGH is the country’s leading ground handling company. It provide s passenger and baggage handling , ramp services, execut i ve jet handling, airline representation and airport ticketing. At present , it has stations in Cebu City serving its customers in Manila, as well as in Cebu City (through Visayas Airport Services Corp) and Davao City (through Mindanao Airport Services Corp). Future stations are being considered in Clark and Subic. All companies provide passenger and ramp handling services to a range of I ts customers clients including include leading international airlines such as Continental, Gulf Air, Royal Brunei, Air France, Qantas, Silk Air, and Cathay Pacific, as well as airfreight consolidator Federal Express.

Executive Aviation, a division of MGH, was established to focus on special light handling and fixed based operations. In addition to its groundhandling services , Executive Aviation also offers flight coordination, flight planning, communication services, and other special/VIP arrangements.

Swissport International AG, Miascor’s global partner, provides the company with managerial and technical resources that has helped the company maintain its leading position in the industry.

MIASCOR Catering Corporation

Miascor C atering SC is the Philippines’ leading airline catering company serving almost 5000 meals per day. The company broke ground in 1997, completing the building of a world-class facility and starting operations in 1999, quickly becoming the country’s top airline catering provider.

Miascor Catering boasts of expertise in a variety of culinary and ethnic meals, including special Halal meals. Clients include Continental Micronesia, Malaysia Airlines, Thai Airways Int’l, Asiana Airlines, Royal Brunei, Gulf Air, China Southern, Kuwait Airways, and Cebu Pacific.

MIASCOR Logistics Corporation

MLog is a fully integrated cargo company providing warehousing, import and export cargo handling , and mail handling . It operates a more than 12,000 square meter computerized warehouse facility, adjacent to the country’s international airport . , for import, transit and export cargoes. MLog also provides third-party logistics solutions, inventory management, and warehousing services for various international airlines, including Air France, Gulf Air and Saudia Airlines, as well as for numerous global freight forwarders such as Exel Philippines, Nippon Express, Yusen and Danzas.

MIASCOR Aircraft Maintenance Corporation

Airmac This company provides repair, line maintenance, replacement and turnaround services for commercial and private aircraft. Marshalling and parking, ramp to flight deck communication are also among the services the company provides. Recent special projects include services provided to the Italian Air Force and Japan Maritime Safety Agency. Nordisk Aviation Services Philippines Corporation

Nordisk Philippines repairs, maintains and assembles utility loading devices for various air cargo consolidators and carriers. The company has operations in both Manila and at the Subic Bay International Airport serving Federal Express, Northwest Airlines, Cathay Pacific, Korean Airlines, Nippon Cargo and Philippine Airlines.
